Accidentally I joined this event, and of course I asked Angie to accompany me.
First, I got this flyer from one WAG I joined -- Kagama Mlampah Semarang. Honestly, I was a bit curious the route, but I did not plan to take part in it.
A few days later, randomly, I updated the flyer in my WA story. In fact, it attracted a workmate's attention. She asked me whether I will join it. Then, my sister asked me about this too. I answered, "Well, I haven't asked Angie about it yet.
In fact, Angie didn't mind joining it. 😅
On the D day, three of us participated it together. My workmate cancelled it because none of her hubby or her sons could accompany her.
We left from home around 05.20, arrived at the meeting spot 15 minutes later. We directly reregistered ourselves by paying Rp. 5000,00 each of us. The 'hiking' started at 06.00.
On the way, I bumped into 2 (ex) students of mine. They said they already joined UHS events several times, and this was their first event with flat route without climbing hills. You know, Semarang area is divided into two, flat and hilly areas 😁 I assume this particular event on 27 July attracted more than 200 people because the route was friendly enough 😅
Next time, will I join it again? Well, I am not sure 🙃 as I wrote above, I accidentally joined it 😂
